Checklist: how to work from home effectively

Working from home can lead to becoming demotivated and less productive. Here’s a checklist to follow to help you get the most out of days spent working remotely.

Create a productive work environment
Dress as though you are going to work
Schedule regular video catch ups with colleagues
Reward yourself when you complete a task
Take a proper lunch break
Drink plenty of water
Switch off at the end of the day
Start and finish work at the same time
