Our playbooks help teams become more effective and consistent in their communication with clients and improve collaboration between team members

Playbooks contain the blueprint of everything you need to know and do as a salesperson. They include the sales process detailed from start to finish, methodologies to help run effective meetings, account plans, objection handling techniques and more. The playbook is a tool you can use to recruit, onboard and develop your people

The playbook Higson built for us exceeded my expectations. It is a very comprehensive and practical piece of work that will help our sales team perform better more consistently. We will be using it for recruitment as well a training our current relationship managers.
